assigment # 3 post modernist literature

1. which 2 readings did you choose, and why did you choose them?

I like most the legend of sleepy hallow,because it shows the both side of the money,people from the country and peolpe from the city. in that time this kind of differences were very relevant,it was one reason to make people slaves and to start the racism that up to this days is strongly common,specially in our country with perubians and bolivian.
and the other reading that I enjoyed was heart and darkness, because it also talk about from two points extremely differents.

2. are these readings very good or excellent examples of post-modernist literature,basing your analysis on the ppt presentation given in class why / why not ?

yes, I believe they help us to clarify more the post - modernist literature because they show us the differences among the three periods.

3. of all readings you did this semester, which one was your favorite? why?

my favorite was the wasteland, because it was the most difficult to understand, because it changes of speaker,location and time make it a little complex to readers. and another important thing is that it has a great variety of culture and literature and also it has the most dinstinctive feature poem's style.

4. of the 3 time periods we looked at this semester ( victorian, modernist and post-modernist) which did you enjoy the most? why?

the period I enjoyed most was the victorian era, because I like so much antiques periods.
